1. Services
JMJ Trailer Rentals provides dump trailers, flatbed trailers, and utility trailers for daily and weekly rental in the Inland Empire area of Southern California. Delivery is available within 20 miles of Fontana, CA. Availability is subject to change without notice.
2. Rental Agreement
All rentals are subject to a signed rental agreement at the time of pickup or delivery. The renter is responsible for:
- Using the trailer in a safe and lawful manner
- Returning the trailer in the same condition it was received (normal wear excepted)
- Paying all rental fees, delivery charges, and any applicable damage or cleaning fees
- Complying with all local, state, and federal laws regarding trailer use, towing, and load limits
3. Payment
Payment is due at the time of reservation or pickup as agreed. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated at the time of rental. All prices are subject to change. Quoted rates are honored for confirmed reservations.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled rental start time may be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start time may be subject to a cancellation fee. Please contact us at (909) 402-6600 to request a cancellation.
5. Damage and Liability
The renter assumes full responsibility for any damage to the trailer during the rental period, including damage caused by misuse, overloading, or accidents. JMJ Trailer Rentals is not responsible for any damage to property or injury to persons caused by the use of our equipment. The renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless JMJ Trailer Rentals from any claims arising from their use of the equipment.
6. SMS Communications
By providing your phone number and opting in to receive SMS messages from JMJ Trailer Rentals, you agree to receive text messages regarding rental quotes, availability, booking confirmations, and promotional offers. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. For assistance, reply HELP or call (909) 402-6600. Consent to SMS is not required as a condition of any rental or purchase.
