How much does it cost to rent a trailer in Fontana?
Utility trailers start at $70 per day, dump trailers and car haulers at $130 per day, and larger tilt-bed and enclosed trailers run $125–$160 per day. Multi-day discounts apply automatically from 3 days, and weekly rates save even more. Applicable sales tax is shown before payment; a refundable deposit of $200–$300 is held (not charged) on your card. Insurance is included at no extra cost.

Can I rent a trailer the same day?
Same-day pickup may be available. Choose an open time and complete the agreement and driver-license steps. What do I need to rent a trailer?
A valid license for every authorized driver, a payment card, and a properly rated tow vehicle with the required ball and connector. Insurance is included — you do not need to bring proof of coverage or buy an add-on.
How long is a rental day?
Every rental is billed per 24 hours from your pickup time: pick up at 9 AM and a 1-day rental runs to 9 AM the next day. Bringing it back the same day is fine too (at least an hour after pickup) — it is still billed as 1 day. Pickup and return times are between 6 AM and 8 PM Fontana time.
Do I need my own insurance to rent a trailer?
No. Tow-n-Go Trailer Rentals carries a commercial policy that covers the trailer during your rental, subject to its terms, so there is no insurance to buy and no proof of coverage to upload. The rental agreement explains what remains your responsibility, such as any deductible and damage from misuse.
What trailers do you have?
Sixteen trailers: 16′ and 18′ utility trailers, 12′ dump trailers and a lowboy dump, car haulers, a 20′ tilt bed and a deck-over tilt, enclosed van trailers, a 30′ enclosed trailer, and a boat trailer.
Where do I pick up my trailer?
Pickup is from our self-service yard in Fontana, minutes from the 10, 210 and 15 freeways. The exact pickup address comes in your booking confirmation email right after you pay. Can I cancel or change my booking?
Yes — call or text 909-402-6600. Cancellations and changes are handled by phone rather than online (you can also extend your rental from your booking page), and refunds are handled case by case.
Are there any extra fees?
Only if something goes past the plan. There is no hourly late fee — you get a short grace period (up to 2 hours), and if you need longer you extend at the same per-day rate as your rental. There is no cleaning fee; unpaid tolls or tickets are passed on with a $100 admin fee each. If you need our 2-5/16" heavy-duty hitch, it rents for $10. All of this is in the rental agreement you sign before pickup.
