On the tilt bed, yes — the whole deck tilts to the ground so the approach angle is far shallower than a ramp. That is exactly what tilt trailers exist for, and it is what we point track and show-car owners at first.

Open car haulers are cheaper and easier to load and cover most track days. Go enclosed if you are leaving the car and tools at the paddock overnight, running a car worth protecting from rock chips, or want somewhere dry to work between sessions.

On a car hauler, yes — there is deck space fore and aft of the car for a set of spares, a jack, a toolbox and jugs, all strapped down. In an enclosed trailer you get the full floor area plus walls to secure things against.
